PayPal cases can take up to 21 days to resolve, and during that time, PayPal does not allow me to process a refund.
If a case has been opened, please close it before requesting an instant refund.

- The system will verify that no PayPal cases are open. Then, the refund will be processed within 2–6 hours (or up to 12 hours during busy periods). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

How long do I have to return my order?

I want you to love your pieces as much as I loved making it. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
